Jackson came to the Strong during his Junior year of high school. Inexperienced with travel baseball, Coach Jarad gave him the opportunity to come play for the Strong after he began training with him in the Fall. To say that this was a blessing in disguise is an understatement.
Jackson finished the summer of 2019 with a 3.01 ERA, but more impressively ended with a 0.636 weak-batted-ball average.
Outside of baseball, Jackson is an entrepreneur by trade. He runs a beef jerky company, Jackson’s Beef Jerky, and enjoys spreading high quality beef to his family and friends. You can find his site here, but act quick because when he drops a new line of jerky it sells out in SECONDS!
